EAST Main Street Renovation

Completed 2018

This historic building has seen multiple renovations since it was first built in 1828. It is located on a corner of the Downtown Pedestrian Mall and houses two main levels with an added loft space above the second floor.

The latest interior renovation required three different and separate uses. A pastry shop and an office/sound studio was placed on the lower lever, while open space offices and the loft round out the second level.

BRW Architects did the architectural design for this project and the construction was performed by ARKE design-build, LLC.
