This home is located in a rural wooded setting in Scottsville, VA. The clients have worked with ARKE over several years to modify and renovate their vacation home. Phase 1 consisted of changes to the Primary Bath and Closet. Phase 2 redesigned the front elevation and created a large outdoor front porch to host small gatherings.

Phase 3 completely updated the basement to include a large bedroom, bath, great room with kitchenette, and cozy reading nook. Phase 4 is currently underway and includes a backyard tiered deck, pre-cast plunge pool, fire pit, and screened-in porch.
